ABS K5P is a material can be adjusted by printing parameters, without polishing, to form a similar effect to the frosted surface. Also through the simple polishing treatment, can form like the spraying surface, the appearance forms the smooth lacquer surface.This series has the effect of metallic paint and can be finished in a few minutes using acetone as the polishing solution or the safer polishing solution provided by our company.
▪ Adhesion between High Layers : Improved the strength of the Z axis to ensure that the printed parts have better mechanical properties.
▪ Low Warpage : Reduce the warpage deformation caused by thermal stress in the printing process, and have better printing performance than general ABS materials.
▪ High Precision : Closed-loop filament diameter control and double defect detection technology, the diameter tolerance is strictly controlled within ±0.03mm, without uneven defects.
